Conflict Resolution

Here i am trying to write it down my experience in project management. some of things are basic but that is very important to follow.

I always think a project manager is mastero who just enables great talents to makes things .

there are few points i would like to add.

Role and responsibility

project management role and responsibility will change one organization to another. but it has limit. upper limit is you can be act as project owner. lower limit is you can act as team leader. but consider team leader, scrum master, project owner are different people.

as we already here, team leader is the one more experience guy who helps junior stuff done including pr review. but he codo.
